The coasters all have a texture applied felt bottom to prevent scratching. NOTE: Albert Gilles was born in France in 1895. In 1927 he emigrated to Quebec City Canada and started his art studio. The caddy is 3.75” tall x 3.4” wide x 1.5” deep- made of copper and wood.
